Matthew Cina

Matt began his career in 1989 as an apprentice electrician. He worked as an apprentice and journeyman electrician until 1996. This work experience led to obtaining Master electrician licenses in 12 states. From 1996 to 2003, he worked for several wireless construction companies throughout the US. In 2003, Matt started Mill City TEC, an electrical contracting business. From 2003 to 2015, he served as Master electrician, electrical supervisor, project manager, in sales and business development, and as a strategist — growing the business from 1 to over 130 employees. Mill City TEC was sold in 2014, after which Matt assisted in the post-sale transition. Since 2015, Matt has focused his time on renewable energy and Premise Inc. He is responsible for the company’s mission and vision, client relations, sales strategy, and in defining the company’s growth goals. LinkedIn Profile
Karl Kussow
Vice President
Karl has been in the construction industry since 1995 when he started in residential and commercial construction as an apprentice carpenter. He rose through the ranks as a Foreman, Construction Manager, Project Manager, and then Operations Manager. Since 2011, Karl has focused his career on the electrical and wireless industries. Karl leverages his experiences across multiple levels of the construction industry by working to ensure operational excellence. He brings integrity, skill, and a get-it-done attitude to the leadership team at Premise Inc.
