Premise Training Center — On-Site Classroom Training
We all know that when it comes to safety, sometimes traditional in-person classroom training is best. Courses such as Fall Protection, First Aid/CPR, PPE, RF Awareness and Crane Safety are all offered as part of our basic safety sessions. We’re also able to offer NWSA CBT exams in house.
Along with the basic safety classroom trainings, we are proud to be able to offer hands-on skills and visiting subject matter expert sessions as well. Our classrooms are available for small and large group rentals — so you can utilize our space for your own team’s learning needs.
Premise Training Center — Practical & Technical Training
Our brand new Training Center is created specifically to train the next generation of infrastructure builders. We’re currently using it for NWSA practical exams, Capstan practical training, PIM hunting sessions, and tower and rescue training. And now we’ve opened it up to the outside world to be able to participate in some hand-on sessions as well. Whether your need is rigging, climbing, rescue or a mixed practical / presentation session for your own team or hosting a similar kind of session for your attendees — the Premise Training Center will likely be able to help.

Premise Online Training and Recertification
With the launch of our proprietary platform, NextGen Academy (housed within a Litmos LMS system), we are able to offer our employees relevant, timely and safety-driven training modules and courses that they can complete outside of a traditional classroom setting. We also offer online learning courses through partner portals, such as SafetyLMS, the Minnesota Safety Council, MEA Energy Association, Procore, and more.
Career Progression Planning (for current employees)
Part of being a Premise employee is having access to our experienced team that can help you discover and plan for your career as a critical infrastructure builder.
We offer continuing education and development opportunities, and will assist our employees in crafting a career progression plan — including reviewing career path milestones, setting benchmarks, defining training needs, and identifying outside resources as needed.
